My first cookbook was published in April 2026, with more titles to follow as part of the From the Heart of Europe series.
I hope you’ll join me on a culinary journey through much-loved recipes from the Czech Republic and its neighbouring countries at the heart of Europe — Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, and Hungary.
Of course, borders can be a little blurred when it comes to food traditions, and there’s ongoing debate about whether these countries should be described as Central or Eastern Europe. While that discussion continues, you’ll usually find me where I’m happiest — in the kitchen, cooking.

I’m relatively new to writing cookbooks, but I’ve already discovered something important: it’s almost impossible to work on one set of recipes without getting excited about the next.
On my YouTube cooking channel, the most popular recipes are the ones featuring sauerkraut as a key ingredient. That’s why I’m currently working on my next cookbook, filled with comforting and flavourful dishes built around sauerkraut.
After that, I’m planning a cookbook dedicated to pancakes, followed by a collection of breakfast recipes. And before long, that will naturally lead us into the festive season and my Christmas cookbook.

Pancake recipes from Eastern Europe might surprise you. This cookbook will feature a collection of truly indulgent and varied pancakes, each with its own story and character.
As with my other cookbooks, the joy is in discovering your favourites. You might fall for Hungarian pancakes filled with walnuts and drizzled with chocolate sauce, Polish savoury pancakes rolled, breaded, and fried, or perhaps a beautifully simple yet elegant Austrian pancake bake
