A huge thank you to everyone who came to the launch of my very first cookbook. It was such a pleasure to catch up, chat, and celebrate together. I truly hope that everyone who purchased a copy enjoys discovering and trying out the recipes inside.
The question I was asked most throughout the evening was: Which recipe is your favourite? Without a doubt, it has to be the parsley pancake noodles served in broth. There’s something so fun and satisfying about turning pancakes into noodles — all without needing a pasta machine!
It was also wonderful to receive such lovely feedback on my new range of earrings. Although I’ve been making jewellery for years, handcrafting polymer clay components is a new creative adventure for me. I can’t wait to see people wearing the pieces they chose on the night. I’m currently photographing the full collection, and the earrings will be added to this website soon, priced at £10 each.
